Saint Thomas ACO creates new role, communications arm
MissionPoint Health Partners has named Janet Frenkel to the newly created role of chief experience officer.
Frenkel was previously a managing partner with The Gallup Organization and also served as COO for the American Council on Exercise. In her new role, she will oversee client and member experience teams as well as clinical operations and project management for Nashville-based MissionPoint.
